This class will begin at 6:30 PM, please arrive 15-20 minutes early for check in.
Important Information:
Age: Must be at least 18 years of age to participate
What to Wear: work-out attire with sneakers
What to Bring: Waterbottle, snacks, towel
***No film recordings of classes are permissible.Registration will close Friday before each class takes place. All classes are closed to Non-Participants.***
